Little Pub’s ThanksBox™ Thanksgiving Dinner in a Box is back for 2025.

Each Little Pub ThanksBox™ includes a fully cooked, heat-and-serve Thanksgiving Dinner for two or four people. You’ll get oven-roasted turkey, traditional stuffing, your choice of potatoes, your choice of vegetable, your choice of dessert, gravy, and, of course, cranberry sauce for those who like cranberry sauce. Just Add Family (Or Friends if you prefer Friendsgiving).

The four-person dinner is only $110, and the two-person dinner is a mere $65. Order by Sunday, November 23, for pick up Wednesday, November 26, at your local Little Pub—Branford, Fairfield, Greenwich, Lordship, Old Saybrook, Westport, Wilton—or our catering kitchen in North Stratford.

Heating Instructions for Your Meal

Preparation:

  1. Refrigerator Items: Remove all items from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking to ensure even heating.
  2. Oven Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  3. Microwave Alternative: If using a microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish, as the provided packaging is not microwave-friendly.

Main Courses & Sides (Packed in oven-ready trays)

Turkey

  • Instructions: Keep the lid on. Heat for 25–40 minutes at 350°F or until the desired temperature is reached.
  • Serving: Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Stuffing

  • Instructions: Remove the lid and add ½ pint of chicken stock (provided). Replace the lid and heat for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  • Finishing Touch: Stir after heating, then serve.

Potatoes

  • Instructions: Heat with the lid on for 20 minutes at 350°F. Stir, then heat for another 10–20 minutes until fully warmed.
  • Chef Tip: Add a touch of warmed cream and butter for extra richness.

Vegetables

  • Instructions: Remove the lid, heat for 20 minutes at 350°F, then toss or stir before serving.

Dinner Rolls

  • Instructions: Remove rolls from the bag and heat for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve warm with butter.

Sauces

Gravy

  • Stovetop: Warm in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Microwave: Heat for 45–60 seconds, stirring halfway through. Repeat in 1-minute intervals until warm.

Desserts

Apple Crumble

  • Instructions: Heat at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

Bread Pudding

  • Instructions: Remove the container of whiskey sauce from the tray. Heat bread pudding at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
  • Whiskey Sauce: Warm in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, or microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Add-On Options

Mac and Cheese

  • Instructions: Heat with the lid on for 20 minutes at 350°F. Stir, then heat for another 10–20 minutes until the desired temperature is reached.
